Privacy Policy

Hire Signal is a reverse job-search and lead-finding tool: instead of you browsing job boards, it searches the web to find companies who are hiring or plausibly need someone with your profile, and helps you export what it finds.

What we collect

• Contact info you give us to create an account: your email address, and a name for account management.
• Profile information you choose to provide: resume content (uploaded as a PDF, pasted as text, or pulled from a URL you give us), target roles/industries, location, and any notes you add.
• Leads and activity the tool finds or you record: companies, contacts, phone numbers, call notes, and status you track.

How we use it

• To run searches on your behalf and show you results.
• To send you a daily email summary of new leads and follow-ups due.
• If you connect Google Sheets, to export your leads into a spreadsheet you create and control — we only ever create or edit a file we create for you, never your other Drive files.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't share your resume or profile with the companies we find leads for — you decide if and when to contact them.
• We don't use your data to train AI models.

Third parties involved

We use Anthropic's Claude to research and draft leads, Resend to deliver email, Cloudflare to host the app and store your data, and — only if you choose to connect it — Google Sheets/Drive for export.

Your data, your control

You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time by contacting us at the address below.
